THE CHALLENGE
Cricket fandom today is as much about experience as it is about the sport. The challenge was to create high-energy, scalable fan experiences that felt authentic to Bharat Army’s culture while seamlessly integrating partner brands, without disrupting the organic passion of live match-day environments.
OUR APPROACH
OneByTwo Entertainment worked closely with Bharat Army and Fan Experience Co to design immersive, on-ground fan moments rooted in real supporter behaviour. We focused on participation-led formats, seamless logistics, and storytelling that amplified the collective energy of fans while remaining true to the culture of the stands.
